Dear ankles, 
Sorry for all I've done to you.
Dear wrists, 
I didn't mean to hurt you.
Dear shoulders,
I'm sorry for the damage.
Dear arms,
How much longer can you hold me up?
Dear back, 
Sorry for all the falls and all the pain.
Dear head,
I've shaken you up a lot haven't I?
Dear legs, 
To much running, and falling, and pain!
Dear body, 
Why do you cause me so much pain?
Dear me,
But promise me you will never stop.
